Processing times: We make every effort to ship orders as soon as possible. In stock orders are processed within 5-7 business days (M-F) plus ship time via USPS Priority Mail. Therefore, you can expect to receive in stock items in approximately 10-12 business days (M-F). Busier times such as the Christmas holidays, fall recruitment, or if your item requires personalization, will add a few days to this time. If you need to rush your order to meet and event date, please contact us via email and we will do our best to assist with your in hands date.
Shipping: Shipping is primarily through USPS Priority Mail. Upon shipment, you should receive a shipping notification directly from USPS.com to the email address you supplied when placing your order. If you did not enter your email address correctly, you will not receive this notification.
Returns: Unwashed, unworn items may be returned within 30 days of your original order to the USPS Postal address listed below. Items may be exchanged or refunded, less shipping. For exchanges, additional shipping charges will apply. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we know to expect your return.
